The American “The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC” hotel chain has been owned by Marriott International since 1998. The group is innovative in its attempts to meet the changing demands of luxury travelers through new guest experiences. The luxury segment's development pipeline currently includes another 200 properties and 20 new countries - including the Ritz Carlton Amman in Jordan.
CHEMOFAST is happy to be able to support the construction of the hotel in Jordan. The “The Ritz Carlton Amman-Jordan” consists of two building complexes, which are divided into a hotel and a residence area. The total built-up area will be approximately 107,000 square meters.
The Ritz Carlton Hotel stands on a constructed area of approximately 29,000 square meters and has 19 floors and a height of 74 meters. The hotel features 228 rooms, a 1,000 square meter banquet hall, two gourmet restaurants, a spa, outdoor gardens and pools. The second component - the Ritz Carlton Residences, with 20 floors will offer around 90 luxurious apartments.
