IT Manager / Developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks and profile :

  • Enthusiasm for IT architecture and the practical implementation of it

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics development

  • Analytical thinking ability in complex system architecture environment

  • MSSQL or C# development skills

Your tasks :

  • Implementation of all operative topics of human resources work from hiring to leaving
  • Independent creation of reports, evaluations and statistics
  • Preparation and follow-up of payslips
  • Interface to executives, authorities and social security agencies
  • Support throughout the recruiting process
  • Advising specialists and executives on questions of personnel development
  • Handling absenteeism and working time management
  • Management of projects for digitization and optimization of the HR area

Your profile :

  • Completed commercial training, supplemented by several years of professional experience in human resources
  • Sound knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law
  • SAP HR knowledge and experience in time recording systems are a prerequisite
  • Solid knowledge of using Microsoft Office
  • Confident, positive demeanor, tact in communication
  • Ability to work in a team and an affinity for numbers
  • good written and spoken English knowledge
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting would be desirable

Employee work preparation production / production planning (m/f/d) part-time (20h/ week)

Your tasks :

  • Planning and coordination of orders and production processes
  • Responsible for the creation and monitoring of documents in the production area
  • Entering production orders into our ERP system
  • Close cooperation with our departments to optimize processes and make them safer
  • Active collaboration and participation in (improvement) projects within the production environment
  • Participation in planning and evaluation of internal tests
  • Support of internal and external audits and processing of identified deviations

Your profile:

  • You have completed commercial training
  • You have already gained initial experience in a production-related environment

Your tasks :

  • Production monitoring / guarantee of production in the company
  • Servicing & maintenance of production facilities
  • plant optimization
  • retooling of machines
  • Production quality control
  • Monitoring of production downtime
  • Measures to prevent accidents in the production area

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, plant mechanic or comparable qualification (machine and plant operator)
  • Knowledge of pneumatics
  • Experience in maintenance of production plants
  • First experience in conventional turning and milling
  • TIG welding desirable
  • Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift)
