Your tasks :
- Production monitoring / ensuring production in the company
- Maintenance and repair of production facilities
- Plant optimization
- Converting machines
- Quality monitoring of production
- Monitoring of production downtimes
- Measures to prevent accidents in the production area
What you should bring:
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, plant mechanic or comparable qualification (machine and plant operator)
- Knowledge of pneumatics
- Experience in maintaining production facilities
- First experience in conventional turning and milling
- TIG – welding desirable
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
Your tasks :
- Production-related work in the QA laboratory o Incoming goods, production and product controls in 2-shift operation
- Carrying out routine analyses
- Complaints processing
- Conducting and evaluating special audits
- Test equipment monitoring
- Reporting/result documentation according to ISO 9001
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician; chemical technical assistant; materials tester (specializing in plastics technology); physical technical assistant or a comparable qualification
- Interest in construction chemical products and plastics chemistry
- Teamwork, reliability and a sense of responsibility are a given for you
- You enjoy organizing and conducting special audits independently
- Willingness to work 2-shifts
- You have good written and spoken German skills and good MS Office skills
Your tasks :
- You lead, supervise and support the team of employees in mixed operations
- You ensure a smooth production process within your assigned team
- You are responsible for ensuring that your team receives the necessary training in all relevant work processes
- You ensure that product batches are weighed and mixed according to the prescribed recipe and procedural instructions
- You ensure conversion and changeover processes of the mixing pots on the filling systems
- You check the receipt and storage of raw materials
- You are responsible for compliance with occupational safety and quality standards
- You create the documentation of all operations and processes
Your profile:
- You have completed training as a chemical production specialist or a comparable qualification in the field of chemistry, bakery or food technology
- You have professional experience as a shift manager and are a strong leader
- You demonstrate teamwork, initiative, assertiveness and reliability
- You are willing to work in shifts (early and late shifts)
- You have good written and spoken German skills and good MS Office skills
