Spreading forces

Spreading forces - Are the forces that an anchor/fastener generates in the base material. These forces are very high, especially with metal dowels, so these dowels are not suitable for every application. With chemical fastening solutions, the spreading forces are particularly low. Therefore, these are particularly well suited for fastenings close to edges.
